Who had problems when working with Escene ip phones with vlan?

Good afternoon, has anyone come across ip phones from the Escene manufacturer, and specifically the ES280 model. The problem is as follows, there are 3 vlans on the switch (vlan1 (default), vlan2 (test), vlan3 (telephony)), when vlan1 is configured on the port to which the phone is connected, as untagged and vlan3, as tagged, in phone settings, Vlan3 is set on the LAN port, nothing is touched for the PC port. dhcp server is in vlan1, when the phone boots up, it gets ip from vlan1. although it should have received from vlan3, but the received address is not available, because vlan still works and does not give access to this ip. When changing the config on the switch port, changing the untagged vlan to vlan2, everything works fine, the phone receives ip from vlan3 and everything works fine. Tried on an arc phone model Escene es330, no such problems were observed, it works regardless of which untagged vlan on the switch. Has anyone had similar problems?
