I want to return at least them. By talking to the community, I realized that upwork does not keep money for itself. But he can return them either to you or to the client. In my situation, I already received the money to the account, that is, I could easily withdraw it before the block, but I didn’t, because I didn’t even think that such a thing happens. It seems to me that the client should receive the money, I have kept working relations with him, and I think even if he does not say that they have returned, he will transfer them in the form of bonuses. This is much better than if both of them lost money. But still my money, I earned it, I did the job. And I want to know exactly who will get them. Here are the responses from support.
