Who faced the problem of frequent posting of comments via the VK API in VK?

Implemented competitive activity with dynamic covers on Vkontakte. According to the mechanics, each user comment must be answered on behalf of the group. We use 5 tokens from different admins. From time to time VK blocks sending comments and asks to enter a captcha.
Question - does it make sense to increase the number of tokens? Or screw captcha recognition through third-party services?

both are against the rules.
but it's better to do anti-captcha right away, because it will still pop up sometimes.
