Who faced such behavior in linux?

Hello.
I've been working on ubuntu via a portable ssd for about 3 months.
Today there was a notification that there was not enough memory in the file system, and after that it began to be thrown out of the system. When I go back, after about 10 minutes the same behavior.
Under the file system allocated 20 GB. Is this not enough? Or do I need to clear the cache somehow?
When I throw it out, I see these logs:

Questions:
If this is still due to the fact that there is not enough space for the file system, do I need to reinstall the OS or can I clean it somehow?
How much space do you usually need to allocate for the file system? I work with android studio

@NikitosAndreevich

It looks like the SSD is giving up, the FS is in read-only mode.
