Who can recommend a good introductory Ruby article?

Decided to learn Ruby. I have never come across this language before.
So, does anyone have any small concise article in mind (possibly in English), which makes an excursion into several non-standard convenient concepts, such as blocks, lambda & proc, postconditions, safe navigation operator, etc. accessible language.
I would be extremely grateful.
Z.Y. If anyone advises a good book, without too much water - that is also a huge respect.
