Who can ping Zoho hosts?

The second day does not work, the mail is parked on Zoho, although the web version opens the mail https://mail.zoho.eu
The essence of the problem is, it telnet imappro.zoho.eu 993gives an error Connection closed by foreign host .
It 's the same with SMTP telnet smtp.zoho.eu 587, and I get the same error just by checking the connection to the main domain, even though the zoho.eu site opens in the browser!
