Google Apps Script

Who can help with scripts in google sheets?

Generally. I have some kind of database in Google Sheets, I enter data into cells, click on the button that is associated with the script, and from one sheet this data is entered on another sheet, within the same table. How can I, being under one user, be able to enter data, but this user could no longer delete them, but only the owner of the table could? I read the documentation on scripts in the Protect section, but I didn’t find anything interesting. Linking this to Google Forms is not an option, since I have to have everything automated and I don't want to create thousands of these Google Forms and link to different pages. If anyone can help, I would be very grateful. Thank you.

Doesn't what you read fit? https://developers.google.com/apps-script/referenc...
If you have a limited number of tables and pages in them, then this can be done manually. If pages are added programmatically, then this should work for you.
