Who can help on the practical use of Arduino .. or analogues?

There is some production line on which there are 5 electric motors (of different power, speed, in different places, although this may not matter). It is supposed to install 5 wired thermal sensors on the motor housings, with the banal purpose of monitoring the temperature and displaying it on the display (displays), when the critically set temperature is exceeded, it is desirable to sound, light alarm and display the name or number of the engine for the line operator. How is it better to implement all this, what components are better to use? For practicing Arduinos, I think it's all very simple. Maybe something similar has been implemented by someone ..

It is best not to collective farm, I take equipment designed for industrial conditions.
As an option, take such an analog input module www.owen.ru/catalog/modul_vvoda_analogovih_signalo... sensors are also selected in the catalog. And the module is connected to the operator panel www.owen.ru/catalog/panelnij_programmiruemij_logic...
Carefully check that all parts of the system are connected according to electrical parameters and logical protocols.

take ESP8266 - and DS18B20 sensors if the temperature is not higher than 120 degrees.
The solution is very cost effective.

Yes, collective farming is certainly not the best option, but there really is no heaps of money .. The device is supposed to be an alternative control option, to help the operator, that's his job. As elsewhere, there is a human factor.
