Who can give constructive criticism on the first layout?

Good day to all! :) I
made my first layout for layout, I need an assessment and constructive criticism from people who know.
I did not make media queries and scripts, I plan to return to this later.
2 months of layout experience in total, so you can throw slippers.

1. Put the project on the github in the archive, it's ugly. Also in rar.
2. Cropped to the width of the body? Never do that.
3. I noticed the hover effects only on the buttons, and not only the font changes color, the previews clearly indicate that there is a hover effect in which additional controls appear.

Is the archive broken? + why did you push the archive into the turnip at all?
