Who are GitHub contributors?

It is necessary to make sure that a third-party person can give consent to the merge. That is, see the pull request and unsubscribe about it. I heard that GitHub has contributor and collaborator , but I have no idea how they differ and how to add.

A contributor is someone who contributes to a project but does not have direct access to the repository (other than reading and pull requests).
You also need a Collaborator.

a third party could give consent to the merge. That is, see the pull request and unsubscribe about it.

Add in the repository settings, section Manage access (Invite a collaborator)
Collaborator rights - https://docs.github.com/en/github/setting-up-and-m...
