White screen after charging. Is the phone dead?

Cheerful time of day. I have a Fly IQ-445. I connected it to the tape recorder in the car, it was terribly warm (eventually passed out). I was told to take an adapter (to the cigarette lighter). The only thing that I could pick up for our VAZ was in the Euroset for 2000 mA. For a while everything was fine, then, at one fine moment, I put it on charge - a white screen, does not respond to any buttons. I pull out the AB to reboot, it does not turn on. Whether it is possible to cure it and how. If not, how to get all the information out of it. Thanks in advance.

Does it react when connected to a computer? Are incoming calls going?
If not, then it's bad. But in any case, only go to the service center.

apparently due to the adapter in the cigarette lighter (Chinese or out of order), the phone got more voltage than necessary and it got a kirdyk .. there is a possibility that the service will be able to fix it, but it’s very ghostly - the installation is too tight and the board is multilayer
