By what principles and how are development platforms developed, such as 1C, tell me blogs or books.

You have a market, you have to become a monopolist - because if your goal is money. You should rather look at books on marketing, because all the developers unanimously wanted to shit on problems and glitches with activations, copies, serials, and hacking protection. They are doing holy work, and then they are forced to suffer for the sake of money for their uncle (who really pays them a salary)
