White ip for virtual machine?

The provider gives me several white ip. I am connected to the provider through mikrotik. In the local network I have a server with several virtual machines. The task is to assign a white ip to each virtual machine. Port forwarding to local ip does not work. I haven't been able to find any information about this on the Internet, but I'm probably asking the wrong question.

Raise a PPPoE server on Mikrotik and connect from a virtual machine. And on the router, already taxi to whom to issue a white IP address.

Route the necessary ip to the host, and configure the host accordingly?

advised you.
If you do not have your own AS, then the correct option would be to cram all virtualok networks into the bridge, since the provider's gateway will claim the arp entry for this address.
the second option is to set up arp-proxy on the interface, but be careful not to get abuse from the provider
