Where is the "supply voltage U" applied? (guesses do not count).
Why are R1 and R2 connected in parallel (error?)
If the terminals of the first transistor are Ukenas, what is the point of it (what can it control)?
What is the function of the circuit as a whole and what closes / opens the relay?
