I want to create such a site on WordPress
Tell me which template is best to use

Layout legend:

If the site is for sale as a teamplate and you are going to make it using the constructor, then the topics described in @SKHD's answer, but if you are making it for the customer, I would advise you to make it up - it will be easier, attach custom field plugins there, and make everything beautiful. The theme is to create your own from scratch (teaplate underscore), without adding thousands of plugins there, so as not to produce shitty code.
