Give a group of users access to one plugin?

Good afternoon, I can’t open access to only one plugin for a group of users, the rest of the admin functions should be disabled.
More: There is a plugin that is used as a price list table Data Tables Generator by Supsystic
It is necessary to open access only to it for a specific group (conditionally Price Manager).
Tried through the User Role Editor - to no avail, I can not give access to only one plugin. There is no tab with the required plugin in the URE settings :/ there are only the main Core, pages, etc.
Perhaps there is some kind of hook to register in functions?
