Which wordpress theme fits the criteria?

You need a wordpress theme to have: (for a blog)
1. left and right sidebars
2. menus and/or widgets in the header
3. customizable footer
4. setting site colors (links, background, etc.)
5. setting blog layout on the main page (number of columns, distance between the article, adding a photo to the post, etc.)

Both paid and free templates will work

I have been doing a lot of projects on The ARK for several years now. It sells for 25 bucks at times, has its own cool visual editor, and has a lot of stuff tuned into it. Layout is done for all devices with its own rules, if you need some form of feedback - a couple of clicks and all messages are perfectly sent from the virtual host. Recommend.
