I can't transfer the site to the client's hosting, what should I do?

Hey!
Made a website. The client has hosting on m.a.k.h.o.s and I fought with the technical support all day. - because when transferring to them, the site broke down completely or did not open at all.
They tell me that there are a lot of requests and the page weight is large (19 mb).
But for fun, I signed up for the cheapest rates from other hosters and the site was installed and working without any problems!
And the customer is all tied to the m.a.k.h.o.s.
What to do now? Who faced this or what would you do in my place?
By the way, the transfer is included in the cost of the site. ($280 website)

I serve more than 20 customer sites on mahost, never had any problems.
19mb is the whole page? Yes, you are probably laughing .... Are there unoptimized images in full size?
Contact me, I'll help you in any way I can.

You have a crooked site, of course it does not work. Make a normal site and your problem will be solved

take an upgrade of the tariff, although 19MB (if this is not memory consumption they presented) is a bit too much
achieve performance, albeit slow, show the customer, explain the options - the tariff is more expensive or another hoster

Duplicator solves all problems. 404 by 404, they are still wondering why it takes a long time to load.

The poppy host has a long test period, maybe that's why they liked it) In general, there are cheaper hostings.
