Which Wordpress plugin for creating themes from scratch?

Good day. I am a freelancer and make various websites. For not knowing any programming language, I took up wp and mastered it, everything turned out to be simple and easy.
When I start creating the next site, I choose a suitable theme for the project and edit, configure and everything, the site is ready. Someone asked me to make an individual theme from a psd layout with an unusual design without a template and from scratch.
Of course, I became interested in such an order and began to look for options.
Tried webflow, flexible enough and fast service. But it is not always possible to pull the finished html on wp. On this it disappears.
I learned about the elementor constructor, it seemed interesting to me.
Maybe you know similar plugins or tools?

Of course, I neighed, like everyone else, but I can advise unyson . Or another pagebuilder. There are enough "themes" of constructors with different designs on the sites, and such builders help to assemble them.
However, with zero or so understanding of how it all works, the idea is doomed to failure at any step to the right or left.
Z.Y. builders are nothing more than plugins, they can be installed from the market in the admin panel.
