What is the best tool to use?

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.
Tell me some mini CMF / CMS, on which in a couple of days it would be possible to assemble a small admin panel for a three-page site.
The site will have the following features:

  • 2-3 blocks of text that should be edited by the admin from the admin panel using a WYSIWYG editor, for example Tiny.
  • displaying a photo gallery with pagination on ajax
  • the ability of the visitor to upload new photos and a short text to them in the gallery with pre-moderation.
  • display in certain blocks of quotes from predefined articles. Quotes are also pre-set by the admin.

no user registration, commenting, socialization, no interactive goodies with the ability to hang a bunch of modules, no multisites, high loads, etc. not required.
Initially I considered MODx Revolutin, but I come to the conclusion that it will be “from a cannon to sparrows”. Correct me if I am wrong.
I really liked (based on the video) Forkiz CMS , but there are warnings that it is damp. Maybe someone tried? I would like to hear the opinion of the experienced.
I also think to try get-simple . Unfortunately, she does not have a demo, can someone say something about her?
Same for Template CMS, there is no demo, only a few screenshots, which also suggest unnecessary functionality. Can anyone suggest anything about her?

GetSimple - quick start, does not require a database (works on SimpleXML), there are no problems with layout, almost pure php + html.

As an option for a simplified CMS, you can take PHPShop.CMS Micro - an assembly without a database on files. All editing at once on the pages. According to your requirements, it remains to fasten the uploading of images by users, but this can be done in the form of a module, I can help implement it through the support forum . Demo .
