Which WinPE version of Sergei Strelts should I choose?
I want to create an image of the resuscitator Sergei Strelts, which version should I choose so that it suits all Windows? or is it not possible? I'm just a beginner only, if I, for example, download "WinPE 10", will I be able to reanimate 7-measurements or XP? Or do I need to download the versions separately?

WinPE 10tka will just launch the 10tk image, and push the extra there. You can have as many images as you like.
Algorithm -\u003e you have a client whose 7rka died, start winpe 10tku archer, then select the pre-downloaded 7rka image that is in your Winpe root folder, run the recovery program > specify the partition > specify the 7rka image.
For your purposes , the MultiBoot build , which I love and have been using for many years, is perfect.
Why is she good? Firstly, there are already 4 different Win-PEs - based on Windows Server 2003, WinXP, Win7 and Win8.1 (choice in the start menu). One does not fit - we launch another, some one starts anyway. Secondly, there is a 2k10 utility package on board , which is several hundred utilities for all possible cases of computer life. Thirdly, this assembly exists in several sets - from a 4-gig LiveDVD to a 16-gig LiveUSB (the latter has clean distributions on boardWinXP, Win7 and Win8.1 of all versions by user class and bit depth). Fourthly, some utilities (for example, Akronis's DD, TI, memory and disk tests) are available outside of WinPE, directly from the start menu.
If we confine ourselves only to computers whose disks are marked in MBR, then you can’t imagine anything better than this assembly. But for new computers that, through the efforts of manufacturers, have ceased to understand MBR and require only UEFI / GPT, you will have to look for something more modern. I searched, but I could not find an equal convenience, all found are much simpler.
Use ventoy, and boot directly from iso/vhd, etc., at least archer, at least other PEs, at least Windows installers.
Well, or create your own boot menu based on grub4dos but it's a bit more complicated.
New archers don't always work with old systems. I always have 2 versions of them, let's say the old one is 5 years old and the modern one.
