I plan to buy a 128 GB Plextor M5 Pro this week. Naturally, you will have to install an OS on it. And here a reasonable question arises: which version of Windows makes the most optimal use of the SSD. Choice between 7 and 8.1.

In my opinion, in the choice between 7 (not XP) and 8, this is the last thing to think about. There is no noticeable difference. It's better to see which OS you like best.
Although I don’t see much point in setting 7, because 8 has everything, and the Metro menu is no worse than the start, in my opinion. +small minor improvements like improved task manager etc.
