Which wifi router has the best range?

I am considering two routers for purchase:
1) Mikrotik RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN
2) Mikrotik hAP ac RB962UiGS-5HacT2HnT
The 5GHz range does not matter to me, since a private house, the 2.4 range is almost noisy.
The first router has more transmitter power but fewer antennas.
Which one is better for a private house (2 floors up from the router, 1 down)?
Are there routers with better range? (Budget < 10 thousand)
Repeaters are not interested, I am aware of the transmitter power in the devices.

adast , usually the problem is not in the power of the router, but in the power of the end device (laptop, phone) - its antenna is weaker. As a result, you will get a good download and zero upload, and - as a result - large delays when opening sites, for example. There is even a recommendation to reduce the transmitter power of the router in such cases.

If 5GHz isn't your thing, take a pair of 951Gs. Or a pair of hAP ac2. One access point on 3 floors will work worse. Another option is one central unit and 2-3 cAP / cAP-lite
