Which wifi camera to choose for FPV?

Greetings!
I will briefly describe the TK:
There is a radio-controlled platform on wheels. Controlled by WiFi. We need to pick up a camera to see where we are going.
The camera needs to be able to:
- Write to yourself on SD / MMC in decent quality (FullHD and higher)
- Transmit via Wi-Fi via UDP for example (losses are not critical, but delays are very critical
) close (10-30cm)
What we tried -
1) WIFI IP Camera SIP-M10W from aliexpress, the disadvantages are that it can only use TCP, delays, errors accumulate, etc., video quality is not very good + capture it through a crooked donkey plugin , also not pleasant
2) GoPro + 5.8Ghz transmitter - the quality of the recording itself is excellent, however, before the eyes there is a darkness full of interference, the signal is converted from digital to analog, if all this is still written on a computer, then it is difficult to see anything. It’s also not good (by the way, yes, 5.8GHz conflicts with might and main with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (who would have thought) and has a lot of interference at a small distance.
Let the budget be $ 1000, I’ll consider options from both China and branded solutions

@SADKO

Firstly, AEE S70 \ 1 GoPro H3B H4S and, in principle, other action cameras on the Ambarella chip are possible, all of them can give a preview stream of MJPEG 320x200 or so via WiFi. But they do it with a different time lag and have different potential for customizing the firmware. In general, IMHO FPV via WiFi is a pipe, because the layer between the sensor and the display is too large.
Secondly, there are all sorts of IP cameras with WiFi.
Well, if you are closer to the hardware and power consumption is not important, then there are DaVinci and Vir2real.
