Which wi-fi router to choose for an apartment?

At home there is an old tp-link tl-wr340gd - 54 megabits.
My ISP consistently gives me 85 megabits.
The question is - is there such a router at an affordable price that can pass such a speed? At home, 1-2 devices mostly use the Internet.
I'm not strong in networks, I will be grateful for the advice of specialists.
Yes, there are practically no wi-fi networks around, the channels are not so busy.

Use a wire with an old one or any solution on WI-FI that supports the N standard. For example, TP-LINK TL-WR841N have proven to be not expensive, but workhorses. (H/W Rev. 7/8/9, the higher the better)

About TP-Link TL-WR841/842 N/ND have already been written.
Of the cheap ones, the Asus RT-N12 is still quite good.
