Which Wi-Fi router and USB Wi-Fi adapter should I buy?

Good day to all!
You need to connect a laptop and a router via Wi-Fi. It is necessary that the Wi-Fi speed be at least 800Mbps. The distance between the router and the laptop is ~ 7-8m. Between them it is a reinforced concrete wall.
I don’t know which router to choose and a USB Wi-Fi USB 3.0 adapter for a laptop.

A 20m patch cord (Ethernet cable) and maybe a punch will help.
I doubt very much that such a speed will be obtained through a reinforced concrete wall in another way.

WiFi does not work through concrete walls.

But if you really want it, then it works. To do this, you need to find or make narrowly directed antennas from cans, preferably < 1 °. Then put them opposite each other. Then turn the radiation power up to several tens of watts. And it is also desirable to use a radio relay standard instead of wifi.
But I would use wire.

Or maybe you can use powerline adapters (like TL-PA4010 KIT V3)?
Of course, not 800 Mbps, but on the wire.
