Which VPS hosting to choose?

Help me choose a specific VPS hosting, which company to order?
Required:
1. Physical servers not in the CIS countries (preferably in Europe)
2. Unlimited traffic
3. Price up to ~ 250 rubles per month with: disk ~ 20 Gb, percent - 1, RAM - from 1 GB
4. Good uptime
Who are what normal hosting can recommend?
So far, I liked OVH, but there is not enough disk space, and it makes no sense to buy an additional 50 GB.
Google cloud is expensive, amazon is not suitable. RUVDS is expensive if hosted in Switzerland.

The company is not registered in Russia: VPS Server
Servers are located in the European Union and the USA.
Uptime as stated at least 99.96%.
Russian-speaking round-the-clock support via Online Chat and Ticket System.

OVH has practically no analogues comparable in terms of price / quality ratio.
Wherever such characteristics are claimed at such a low price, pitfalls are neatly disguised.
If there is not enough disk space, you can buy a VPS with low characteristics, but with a large disk and low ping up to OVH, as an external storage.
Let their servers be in Zimbabwe as long as their "head" is in the jurisdiction of RU, by working with them you bear all the risks of the RU location in addition to all the risks of the Zimbabwe location.

If hosted in Europe, any decent hosting will be expensive. The standard of living there is higher, wages are higher->service is more expensive.
Ruvds is good, really good. True, I used it only in Russia. Look for Ukrainian hosting, they seem to be European, but should be much cheaper. Like exotic - Bulgaria and company
