Which vpn to choose?

Right now there are a lot of different vpn services, which one to choose? I want it to be cheaper and of high quality, and so that no one intercepts passwords from sites, thanks!

What do you want from a toaster? Comparison table where are which VPNs and how much does it cost? So compiling such a table in itself costs money :)
Using any VPN, except for your own deployed one, you bear the following risks:
- Logging. VPN may claim that it does not keep logs, but actually writes who went where
- Interception of transmitted information. Passwords are not required. It can also be "usual" compromising information, such as a photo of a girlfriend "without anything"
- Advertising Injection. You will browse the site, and the VPN will plant ads there :)
- Resource blocking. Not everyone is doing this, but those who want to continue working in the Russian Federation are doing or will do it.
- Draining information. A VPN can say that no one, ever, in any position - but in fact, merge everything at the first whistle
