Which version of PhpStorm has the fewest bugs that affect the development process?

I have 2017.2. Sometimes an error occurs when Undo is executed "Cannot undo. Some files were changed.". You have to cancel through Local History, which is very inconvenient. I also noticed some other bugs, but they are not particularly critical.
Do other versions of the storm have such a bug?
I want to upgrade to another version, but I don't know what bugs it might have. Maybe there will be something even worse, because of which I will have to spend much more time on a simple task than expected.
Who knows, tell me, please, which version of PhpStorm has the least bugs that affect the development process? It is clear that if some icon is not displayed somewhere, it is not critical, it does not affect the development process.

PHPStorm 2019.1 flight is normal, since 2017.2 there was an occasional freeze problem, ten times in a year and a half.
