PHPStorm not transferring files?

Good day to all! Suddenly, the file transfer in the storm stopped working partially, namely, the build files are not transferred, which definitely change after the build is completed. At what only they are not transferred, it perfectly throws all other files.
Tried deleting connections and setting it up again, didn't help.
In general, this has happened before, but it always passed somehow by itself. Tell me what could be wrong??!?
PS Files are transferred to the virtual machine. Connection is via SFTP

In short, I solved the problem very simply, namely, I opened the file with the build, pressed Ctr + S, after which the storm suddenly began to see the files again and transfer them to the virtual machine

Do files get into the storm index at all?
In the latest versions, there are problems with it, as a result of which the storm periodically stops noticing random files.
