Which version of Java to download for MacBook (MWP42)?

Hello. According to off. Java site, as it turns out, I don't have Java installed. I found this by clicking on the Apple at the top left -> System Preferences

I went to the site: https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/downloads...
There are 4 versions for macOS:

Arm 64 Compressed Archive
Arm 64 DMG Installer
x64 Compressed Archive
x64 DMG Installer

Which of these versions is right for me?

x64 DMG Installer for ease of installation, and x64 because your Macbook is on an Intel processor with this architecture.

Any file that says x64 will suit you . You
can also install Java through this https://brew.sh
Then in the terminalbrew install java

are you sure you need jdk, apparently you need jre
