Which version of Android Studio should I install?

I want to install android studio, but I want to clarify which version is best to download for stable operation.
I also want to clarify on my hardware:
CPU: Intel xeon e3 1230v2 (similar to i7 3770)
GPU: Nvidia GTX570 1.25gb gddr5 (supports dx11, if important)
RAM: 12gb ddr3-1600 DualChannel.
Windows 10 64x

Will these characteristics be enough for me to work smoothly with software and to emulate android without brakes? I don't plan to go into 3D.
