Which universities in Europe study cryptography?

Please advise specific faculties at universities in Europe for the study of cryptography / information security?

Will not take off =). Cryptography is not sharpening cookies at night. I need to pass mathematics for 11 classes in the 5th grade. Only with such brains can one go there. And they can give you an average level in computer science at Moscow State University (in short, in any normal university). =)
