I am faced with a difficult choice for which specialty to apply.
I can go to MMF NSU in the direction "Applied Mathematics and Informatics" or "Mathematics and Computer Science", in both directions there is a lot of mathematics, but little programming, I think you can download the skill of the program in this case in Novosibirsk CSC or in courses, and then go to a master's program more related to programming.
Otherwise, I can go to FIT NSU in the direction of "Informatics and Computer Engineering" where there is both a matan (in a smaller volume than on a mekhmat) and a program. And perhaps for "Software Engineering" in the Kazan Federal Institute for ITIS (information about which is scarce).
Which option to choose in order to get more profit in the future and further develop in the field of AI?

The very name of the specialty - does not say anything at all.
You need to act differently.
Just walk up to the pulpit and ask.
It is quite possible that you will find a very specific teacher who is interested in the same topics as you.
And then ask him - where do you go to be with him.
Another option:
Take specific training programs (they are not secret) in your specialty.
And read the names of subjects and their volumes (in teaching hours).
