Which tool to choose for registering in LDAP?

Good afternoon. Please tell me if there is a ready-made tool for registering users in an LDAP directory created on the basis of Active Directory. The situation is as follows - there are several disparate systems, so far the chat and CMS, they have LDAP authentication configured, but none of the components support registration in LDAP right away.
I would like some tool in which the user can register, the information will be entered into LDAP and users will be able to log in in other places.
