Which theme to take for convenient store setup?

You need to deploy a simple store. I would like to easily customize the product card, the output of categories, the checkout page. Faced with the fact that no matter what topic I take, there is no convenient visual page editor, which I described above. So you still have to climb into the code and configure it manually. Or is there still the most flexible-customizable themes?
