The best textbook is practice in the form of a couple of years under the guidance of an intelligent administrator. No book or course even came close.

LPIC-1 and LPIC-2 There is Kirill Semaev on youtube. Without water explains the basics.
After that, it is already necessary to choose a specialization.

Here you finish school. What will you be after school?
Something professional? Unlikely.
Will you become an expert in at least one subject? No. This is basic knowledge.
How many textbooks were there? Even in one subject? Is one understandable? Two understandable? a dozen, and still did not get the full picture?
THE SAME EVERYWHERE.
There is no one textbook that will give "to complete the picture, I would like to choose a more or less understandable textbook."
Read a lot and different things. Something to look through, something to read in its entirety. You take the top 10 books on Linux or Unix in Google, download, read everything.

To begin with, materials for preparing for RHCSA and RHCE certification, focused on RHEL version 7 or higher, will do. Linux from scratch is also very informative, even if you don't do it, just read it.
