Which Telegram bot to choose for support on the site?

Hi all! Recommend a self-hosted bot for customer support.
I'm not well versed in the topic, I'll write about what I would like in terms of functionality.
- Several lines (sales chat, support chat)
- Ability to add several FAQ buttons
- web interface for processing requests (here I'm not sure how it is customary to process incoming customer chats, via the web or directly through the Telegram admin account, but there should be several operators)

you can do this: one bot. When the user starts the bot, we give him Claudia to write to sales / write to support, depending on the choice, we define the state for this user somewhere. and then we send all subsequent messages to the appropriate people, after completion we clean its state and return to the buttons. you can add FAQ buttons to the original state selection buttons. operators (if there are several) usually work through the web-muzzle (the web-muzzle is written, where messages from the cart fly
