Which technology to choose for a hybrid application?

You need to develop a "wrapper" for the site. I am considering such options as PhoneGap / Cordova because I want to write in JS. Are there any good alternatives at the moment or is PhoneGap safe to use?
At the moment I'm looking towards the following technologies:

1. phonegap/cordova
   
2. NativeScript
   
3. react native

React Native is comparable in speed to native applications and has about the same memory. The only negative is that developing is a little unusual and a little more difficult than on native and / or PhoneGap / Ionic.
