Which tablet to choose for business?

Hello!
Advise please tablet.
The criteria are as follows:
1) Preferably 7-8 inches.
2) There should be high-quality office applications for the platform: docx and xlsx (edit and read), pptx (view), pdf and djvu (read, and the pages should open adequately, and make notes for yourself such as underlining a line, highlighting, etc. .). And most importantly, that it is convenient to work with them on this tablet
3) Convenient surfing on the Internet. The Nexus 7 has a huge keyboard that pops out onto the screen, leaving almost no free screen space for browsing. Well, so that with a normal Internet, pages load well (this is the question of the existence of mobile browsers on the platform).
4) LTE is required, at least for megaphone networks to be supported, and it is better that even European standards (a long trip to Italy is coming).
5) I don’t suffer from games, but sometimes I can watch a movie. Therefore, it is desirable to support standard video codecs (matryoshka, h264 and so on)
6) so that the battery lasts 12 hours at least with moderate use: always-on Internet + frequent work with office applications + 2 hours of video playback per day + read a book on the road or listen to a podcast. (The video is included in the list just in case)
7) An operating system with a developed application market and that the manufacturer allows you to install new versions of the system on the device.
8) So that there is no additional hemorrhoids with uploading files to the tablet (so iOS is not suitable)
9) Camera with normal quality. I'm not chasing the number of pixels. The main thing is that you can recognize the text if you photographed a document.
10) It is desirable to be able to call. I don't think this is the most important feature of a tablet, but it can be very useful.
11) A durable case and moisture resistance are also welcome.
12) A memory card or a solid amount of internal memory - definitely
So far I have found the following options, they meet some of the criteria:
1) nexus 7 2013 - the keyboard covers most of the screen when surfing the Internet, if you want to write something, the camera has a flash like would not have (although not very critical), there is no way to call.
2) samsung note 8.0 - can anyone use it, share your experience, will it suit my parameters?
3) samsung galaxy tab 3 8.0. - similar to
Maybe there is something suitable for Windows?
For the price, I would like, of course, to meet the 20k.
I would be grateful for any advice. Thanks in advance.

From what you've been asking, Microsoft's tablet is the best choice, as they're the only ones that have the full Windows Office package. Unfortunately, there is no LTE in surfeys, but they hold the charge just for a very long time, and a separate keyboard is also a very convenient thing. Suitable for example Microsoft Surface with Touch Cover. The problem with the Internet is solved by purchasing a separate 3G / 4G mobile wi-fi router.

Maybe you can purchase one of the above tablets and install programs from above. Please advise in this case the necessary programs.

I advise you to buy a cover with a keyboard if android is suitable.
But for such tasks, I would look towards windows 8 (not RT) tablets, but they will not suit you diagonally and in price (although you can meet the price).

Sorry, but your requests for functionality and price, to put it mildly, are overly fantastic.
The only thing that is exactly clear is that you must have a tablet on a full-fledged Windows.
You can, for example, look at the Acer 700 series, there is keyboard, and more or less decent operating time, and there is 3G.
Tablets for Windows and c LTE - I have not yet seen at all.

I use samsung galaxy tab 3 8.0. So far, only positive emotions. After Google released Quickoffice, things got better.
