My girlfriend is learning to draw, she wants to try her hand at infographics, illustrations, and all that. I want to give her a gift in the form of a tablet, from her words she did not like the classic graphics tablets because it is inconvenient to draw in one place and look in another. You need something like a regular tablet or a graphic monitor (maybe the name was distorted). Maybe someone knows and can help the budget close (45k rubles). Touch-screen monitor - Google is more likely to swallow such a term. The good ones are really expensive. And it’s really better to consider vacom and its analogues with such a budget.

A small XP-pen can be bought relatively cheaply if ordered from the manufacturer on Ali. Here , for example. I haven't used it myself, but the reviews from various artists about the XP-pen are very good.
Personally, I, and many other CG businesses, don't like graphic displays for two reasons: the drawing delay and the distance from the pen tip to the drawing point due to glass thickness of about a millimeter - it's disorienting and annoying. As friend sim3x already said, your girlfriend just needs to get used to a regular tablet, it's more convenient, everyone draws, no one complains :).
