Which tablet out of the box supports Internet USB?

Hello. I need a tablet with internet over USB function (aka usb revers tethernig). Needed from a very "budget" category <= 3500.
On my tablets, there is android 4.1 and 4.2.2, in principle there is no such functionality, it may be possible to turn it on, as I understand it - it is hidden or can you explain to me about this function . Thank you!

In general, the main thing is that the tablet has a 3g module, then these modules come out of the box.

No, it's not hidden. he doesn't exist at all.
There is "usb tether" in android 4.x settings. It turns on and configures the usb network card.
To get reverse, you need to:
reconfigure it via external dhcp
disable 3g
configure default route to usb network card
pretend to be 3g so that all Google markets can see that there is Internet.
To do all this with one button, there is a paid program called revers tether
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com....
But it requires rooting to reconfigure the network card.
Well, or have sex and write your own script.
