How to lock an Android device with the power key only?

In general, I would like that if I locked the device with the power key, then the next time I wake up, I was prompted to enter a graphic key (from the system settings, the screen lock item), and if the phone’s display went out by itself, by timeout (for example, after 30 seconds), then the next time you turned on the lock, the key was not there. Advise an application that can do this or can the Xposed module?
