Which switch is suitable for 10+ poe powered IP cameras?

Hi all!
I am not a network technology specialist, but, unfortunately (it happens), I need to choose a router (switch) according to the following parameters:
Switch 19” PPoE 16 port

Total number of ports - at least 18, 10/100/1000 Mbit ports - at least 16 High PoE, 1000 Mbit / SFP ports - at least 2, Total bandwidth - at least 40 Gb / s, Traffic control - speed limit ( in/out); queue priority; TCP/UDP Port-Based Management - IPv4/IPv6 support; web interface; CLi interface support (port-Console); support for two copies of ports; port mirroring; SNMP v1, v2c, v3; RMON (GROUP 1, 2, 3, 9); DHCP S-Flow UPnP, Security - ACL (Acess Control List); Static Port Security; IEEE802.1X; RADIUS Authentication; TACACS+ Authentication; HTTPS/SSL SSH DHCP Relay Option 82; user authorization; IEEE802.1AB LLDP; IP Source Guard.
PoE features: Total power - not less than 180 W, 802.3af/at; on off. PoE; power limit; port status; port priority; power saving function. Power supply 220V AC.

After rummaging through the Internet, I found several options, but I doubt that this is what I need.
Of course, there is an option to turn to sales consultants (which I will certainly do too), but it would be nice to get some kind of independent opinion / hint
. Maybe someone can. Thank you in advance.

This is just a copied and slightly edited description of a particular model. Where did you get it?

If you are looking specifically at Cisco, then the Cisco Catalyst 2960X-24PS-L will do.
12 ports up to 30W or 24 ports up to 15.4W. Here you need to look at how much your cameras consume.
Here is the datasheet for the 2960X series
