Which Sublime Text3 plugin will add functionality from Web/PhpStorm?

In WebStorm, when you start specifying a class in *.html/ *.css, the existing classes in the project are substituted.
And when you enter the address of a file (for example, an image) from a folder with a project, its address is automatically substituted. Or underlined if there is no such file.
WebStorm eats laptop battery well, unlike Sublime Text. And this is critical for me. What plugins will help to add the features described above to Sublime?
