Which stack of libraries to use for the project?

Good day. What is the best technology stack to use for a realtime application?
Before that, I had no experience with front libraries, I wrote in pure js + handlebars
Backend wrote using express and calling the necessary method with a certain routing, which in turn performed all the necessary requests and returned content using the same handlebars
Now I want to finally- then take a step forward, take a more serious approach to reworking the project, I would be glad for any advice on using libraries / frameworks both on the client and on the server, while with a small entry threshold
