Which SSD will be best for MBP?

Hey! I want to buy an SSD for my Macbook Pro 13 mid 2012 . After sitting on different catalogs, forums, I settled on 2 models: Samsung 850 Pro 128GB (MZ-7KE128BW) and Samsung 850 Evo 250GB (MZ-75E250) . For the price they are about the same. Is it better to take less GB, but with more resource and speed, or vice versa? The MBP 13 has a standard 500GB HDD.
Can anyone recommend anything else that is good?

The resource of the EVO is not the fact that it will be significantly larger, the memory is essentially the same, but the controllers are different. It will be a little faster, but if only HDDs were used before, any modern SSD will have a wow effect. I would buy EVO, because. The extra 120 GB is a big plus.
