Which ssd to choose (2016)?

At the moment I'm using A-data SP900 128Gb. 3 years ago, after HDD, it was a breath of fresh air, but now it lacks volume, and the speed is low.
I want a fast disk within 240-500Gb, $150-250. At the moment, it seems to me that Intel drives are the best.
1. What brands are good?
2. Which brand models are worth looking at (in particular, Intel).
