Which sports bracelet to choose up to 2500?

Good day.
I'm going to buy Sports Wristbands (like nike fuelband, Fitbit).
I don't like the Nike FuelBand because it's expensive (but you can buy it cheaper on ebay) and it can't be combined with an Android smartphone with Bluetooth 2.1 EDR. I like Fitbit's bracelets, but limited support for synced devices stops me. And Jawbone Up has bad reviews.
Here are my requirements for the gadget:
1. price up to 2500 rubles.
2. the ability to synchronize this bracelet with an Android device with Bluetooth 2.1 EDR
3. A convenient application for Windows, with which you can see all the data and indicators of the bracelet
4. It would be nice to have all sorts of goodies / utilities
