Which solution to choose for an online store with one product?

Yes, yes, the most common question, but nevertheless, it is difficult to decide without knowing deeply each of the parties under consideration.
The task is to develop a site for the sale of one product, which has a referral system and a blog. In fact, everything.
I choose between:

  • CMS are clearly going through the woods
  • CMF (Modx)
  • Framework - I'm not familiar with them at all, I'm afraid to make crutches, but it is supposed that there will be an application for smartphones (here like Angular will only contribute, as I understand it).
  • Self-writing - so does anyone do in 2019?

What would you choose and such a situation? It is worth considering that the site will be administered by a programmer.

Well, in vain. Cutting off extra pages from OpenCart or Zen Cart is easier than writing your own from scratch.
Anticipating a dispute, “easier” is not a couple of hours, but a period of two or three orders of magnitude less than “writing your own”.

Our team had a task: to make an online store with one product inside the landing page. The type of goods is the same, but the names are different. These were different jars of honey. It was much easier and faster to write functionality for this product alone on the Laravel framework than to cut opencart for example. There are so many unnecessary things in these cms that are not used by ordinary users, and that they have to be cut off, which makes it easier to write from scratch what you need and that's it.
